Please note, this schedule is subject to change and while we'll do everything we can to keep competitors notified via the WhatsApp group, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you're in the right place at the right time, so please keep an eye on this page and note any updates!

Registration is a two-step process: online registration is now closed.  However, if you would like to enter a race but were unable to get in before the closing date, please get in touch as we may be able to accept late entries if places become available due to cancellations.  Please note, however, that there will be a 15% surcharge for all late entries, and you won't get a tee-shirt as the order was submitted on 1st February.

Pre-event registration (in person) starts on 20th February - see times below.

Once again, pre-event registration is available in Nanyuki for ALL EVENTS during the week before race weekend, and is GREATLY encouraged.
Come during any of the times detailed below to register yourself (and your family) and collect your pre-allocated bike tag, 10to4 t-shirt and other goodies. As always there will also be onsite pre-race registration but we really want to reduce queues to help us give you a quality experience so please assist us with this by coming along to the Mount Kenya Trust Office or The BinBan and registering early.

To speed up the registration process further, please ensure you have completed and submitted your Waiver and Medical Forms online if possible, or if you have not been able to do that, bring a printed copy of the completed form with you to registration.  This year, we'll be operating a two-queue system at pre-race registration - one for those who have completed both forms and one for those who haven't.  Guess which will be the long one!

As we have so much going on this year, each race is colour coded in the schedule below, as are the Adventure Ride and the Mini10to4. Pre-event registration on 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd (to 6pm) February is for all events, so all participants can come along on one of those dates to complete registration and collect your goodies. For everything else, find the relevant colour and see where you need to be at each stage of the weekend!
